Through atomic-level structural design, a long-range disordered and short-range ordered amorphous arrangement is achieved, endowing the material with high uniformity featuring no grain boundaries or defects. This fundamentally enhances the material's corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and environmental adaptability.

2. Process Integration and Optimization

A fully independent process system has been established, covering alloy smelting, strip preparation, powder processing, and coating formation. By precisely controlling the morphology and size of the amorphous alloy flakes and optimizing coating composite technology, the product ensures excellent performance in adhesion, impact resistance, and wear resistance. It also achieves good compatibility with impressed current cathodic protection systems.
